Shipping Information
We ship exclusively within the European Union. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods or special launches.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location within the EU and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only. Alea Jacta cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. All prices include applicable EU taxes. No additional customs duties apply for EU deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and correct at checkout. Alea Jacta is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your parcel is missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@alea-jacta.com , including photos where applicable. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Important Information
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as payment verification, product availability, or carrier-related delays. Delivery to post office boxes is not available.
All shipments include tracking and can be followed online once dispatched.
Insurance & Delivery Responsibility
Each order is insured while in transit until it is delivered. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If you choose to have your order delivered to someone other than yourself, their signature will be considered valid confirmation of delivery and order completion.
