Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. All accessories and proof of purchase must be included.
Returns sent after the 14-day period, without prior approval, or shipped cash on delivery will not be accepted. Return shipping costs and responsibility remain with the customer.
To request a return, please email hello@alea-jacta.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or style, please return your item and place a new order separately through our website.

Refunds
We offer full refunds after a refund request. Please email your refund & return request to hello@alea-jacta.com and our team will assist you.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

- Original packaging must be intact and protected during shipping
- Proof of purchase is required

Sale Items
Items purchased during sale periods are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@alea-jacta.com, including photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
