Payment Methods
Payment for your order will be taken as soon as your purchase is confirmed. If you decide to cancel your order, please get in touch with us, and we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Credit/Debit Card
You can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express via the “Pay with PayPal” option at checkout. There is no need to have a PayPal account to use this option — you can pay directly with your credit card through PayPal’s secure platform.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if you notify us within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day after you receive your order.

Please note: if returned items are not handled with reasonable care or are not returned properly, we may be entitled to claim compensation for any loss incurred.
If the goods are defective or do not match the description on our website, we will refund the cost of those items. We recommend using an insured, traceable delivery service for all returns.
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system due to certain circumstances, such as:

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email explaining the reason. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
